School Chaplain
The School Chaplain, a minister from Presbyterian Church of East Africa (PCEA) Membley Church, provides spiritual leadership and oversees all pastoral programmes for the learners. The chaplain supports the holistic growth of children by nurturing their spiritual, moral, and emotional well-being through Christian teaching, prayer, mentorship, and guidance.
As Deputy Headteacher, I am entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing curriculum coordination, strengthening instructional practices, and ensuring the consistent implementation of high teaching standards across the school. At PCEA Membley School, we are committed to delivering a well-structured, competency-driven curriculum that nurtures academic excellence while developing critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Through continuous instructional coaching and professional collaboration with our teaching staff, we strive to maintain dynamic, engaging, and learner-centered classrooms. We believe that effective education requires both structure and inspiration. By closely monitoring academic progress, supporting teachers in adopting innovative methodologies, and aligning instruction with national education standards, we ensure that every learner receives quality education tailored to their unique potential. Our goal is not only to achieve outstanding academic results but also to cultivate disciplined, confident, and lifelong learners prepared to thrive in an ever-evolving world. Together with our dedicated staff and supportive parents, we remain steadfast in our mission to uphold excellence in teaching, learning, and character formation.
